Returns
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund. If this is the case please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, where we will send you full details via email for simple returns. This information is also available on your despatch note which comes enclosed with your order. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to items which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (Earrings) Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.
